Postal Services, Mail-Box, Drop-Box

The Developer, Association and USPS set the location of 5 panels of “mail-boxes”, 2 of which are located on Evergreen Way and 3 of which are located on Cypress Way. Each mail-box panel is located under a street-light, as is the Association’s black drop-box which is located in the sourtheast corner of Cypress Way right next to the furthest south mail-box in between 1831 and 1839 Cypress Way.

The postal service assigned each home to one of the mail-box panels and they also assigned to each home their individual mail-box. Home buyer(s) at their Association closing will be given their mail-box keys and information regarding their box and the Association black drop-box. Home sellers at their Association closing will provide the Association representative the mail-box keys for the home they are selling, and those will subsequently be transferred by the Association representative to the home buyer(s).

Selling homeowners(s) and Buying homeowner(s) are always reminded to go to the US Post Office and complete a CHANGE OF ADDRESS CARD, or this may be done on line.

If you are experiencing trouble with your mailbox lock or key, or the package compartments located on each panel of mailboxes, please advise an Association board member or contact the West Fargo United States Post Office.

The ASSOCIATION black drop-box, located as noted in the first paragraph above, is a receptacle in which homeowners can places notes for the Association Board of Directors, or in which to place their payments to the Association thus saving the homeowner postage. With Association billings, self-addressed return envelopes are provided that the homeowner can use and the envelope can be dropped in the Association’s black drop-box or the homeowner may if they wish mail their payments. All billings from the Association to the Homeowners are made by US Mail and will arrive with your regular mail.
