Homeowner Information Sheet

At the time of closing on your home, you completed a Homeowner Information Sheet which provides the officers of the Association your information and especially who to call in case of an emergency. PLEASE KEEP THAT INFORMATION CURRENT, when it changes please notify the Association President or Secretary or both. We have had several instances, one particularly of a snow-bird who when gone for the winter did not inform us his emergency contact had change – and thus, we had no one to get a hold when the emergency (frozen pipes) occurred. Another to ensure we know when you are gone, how to get a hold of YOU, and who is your emergency contact.

Directory Information

The officers of the Board of Directory have a rather comprehensive directory of information on each homeowner, e.g. telephone numbers, email addresses, garage door codes in some cases, etc. Folks move to Evergreen Estates often with the understanding that when they are unavailable or gone, “everything will be taken care of: as one homeowner put it – however he had changed his mobile phone number and we could not reach him and his emergency contact no longer lived in the City. You can see the urgency for your Board officers, when an emergency occurs and believe us they do, that we have current information, i.e. cell phone numbers, emergency contact numbers, garage door codes are always helpful to provide a key — doing all of this can prevent disaster.

Pictoral Directory

You will find on the Website a Pictorial directory with biographical information on most of our homeowners, and on those who did not wish to share the biographical information, we do notate who is leaving where and their phone and email information. The Pictorial Directory, which used to be printed and is now on the Website, is a way to introduce homeowners to one another and for you to know that your neighbors, are NOT in the “witness protection program” and so when you see them you know who they are as they circulate within the development.

Of Note

Your Board of Directors are not trying to be nosy, we are simply trying to ensure that should an emergency present, or should we have to access your premises for repairs, that we have the information needed. Please know that we do not share that information, it is confidential only to the Board officers and anytime we enter a homeowners premises we always contact them to let them know we need to do so and why, or that we have done so and why.
