Garage/Rummage/Estate Sales Party or Large Gathering at a Home

  1. The development does not have a set time period for garage, rummage, or estate sales, such events may be held at a time of choosing by the homeowner sponsoring such an event.
  2. Similarly, a homeowner may be hosting a party or large gathering at their home for any number of reasons: shower, birthday party, etc, etc, etc.
  3. In the even of either #1 or #2 above, we ask the homeowner to please advise the Association Board of Directors as soon as you have a date set for such an event. The Board of Directors representative will:
    1. work with the homeowner on sinage and placement of sinage for the event.
    2. will inform the homeowner and implement our traffic control precedures to ensure the smooth flow of traffic in the development during the event, that visitors and guests maintain the proper speed while traveling in Evergreen Estates, and that these visitors park in compliance with City and Association regulations.
    3. arrange for notification on all homeowners to make them aware of the event and the increased traffic in the development during the event.
