In an effort to reduce paperwork and associated costs, as well as ever increasing postal costs,
Evergreen Estates Association has established an award-winning HOA Website that has
received applause from homeowners, realtors and many others as the records show we get
numerous hits on the Website daily. That being said, MOST IMPORTANTLY, the Website is
the Association vehicle to keep you, the homeowners, informed. And on that note, the
Association Board of Directors can provide you the information, but it is up to you to access the
information on the Website on a regular basis so you can stay informed.
The Website is the one central location for information regarding Evergreen Estates. You will
find Breaking News and Headline News plus Archived issues of each, calendar of events,
meeting notices, meeting minutes of the Association and the Board of Directors, including
financial statements, various guidelines regarding policies and protocols of the Association.
And you will find a photo gallery, a pictorial directory of homeowners along with their
biographical information, telephone numbers and a chart of homes identifying who lives where
in Evergreen Estates. There is also a section for those selling their home and those buying a
home in Evergreen Estates. Did we not say – the Website is the one place to go for detailed
information, and if you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact our homeowner
volunteer Webmeister, Ed Magarian. And speaking of Ed – he is computer savvy and has
offered his services FREE to homeowners who need technical help, advice or computer
training. As the saying goes, “. . . it doesn’t get much better than that!”
Several sections of the Website are password protected to ensure the privacy and security of our
homeowners. The username and password listed here are for homeowners ONLY and should
never be revealed to non-homeowners. To logon the website, enter the following in the address
line of your internet browser: http://www.evergreenestates.homes and when prompted, enter the
username and password as follows: Username: ****** Password: ******
We understand that there are some who do not have a computer and those whose computer
knowledge may not include the ability to access the Website. Did we not mention our
Webmeister, Ed Magarian, is very willing to teach you free of charge? For those who do not
have computer for whatever reason, we deliver important information posted to our website via
what is known as: bag-mail. The bag with your Association mail is hung on your front
screen/storm door, preferably inside, and so we ask that you leave your front screen/storm door
unlocked so we can hang the bag INSIDE your door.
If you have questions, contact a board member who will direct you to the right person.
